RETURN POLICY

At editslook, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be utterly happy with every purchase.

How do I make a return /exchange?

In order to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience you can return your items absolutely free at our warehouse.

If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased online at Editslook you can return your items absolutely free at our warehouse. Exchanges/returns are eligible within 10 days of receiving the package. (This means once you receive your order you have 10 days to file an exchange/return.

Here are the steps to return or exchange an item:

  • Merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original condition in order to be accepted as return/exchange.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
  • Returned/exchanged items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang tags, and any related accessories.
  • No refund/exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled.
  • Once returned items are received in the warehouse, they will undergo a rigorous quality check which might take up to 14 working days. This is to ensure that the item is in a condition that is suitable for resale and also to check if the item is fake or counterfeit.

Can I exchange my order?

If you place an order and you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you can exchange your items for free of charge. Please make sure the above mentioned exchange policy guidelines are met.

You may either use the credit coupon to order the size that suits you or you can order another item of your choice by paying the difference if any.

Refunds policy

If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of salable merchandise for a full refund.

Please make sure the following guidelines are met for opting refunds policy:

  • Exchanges/returns are eligible within 10 days of receiving the package. (This means once you receive your order you have 10 days to file an exchange/return)
  • We have tried our best to make our return process absolutely hassle free and smooth for you. Once the return request is received and accepted, we will send you a discounted and trackable prepaid return shipping label to return the items to our warehouses.
  • Return shipping labels are free for the United States of America.
  • After the returned items are received in the warehouse, they will go through a rigorous quality check which might take up to 10 days.
  • If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding the return shipping label fee within 8 business days after we receive the product in a proper condition at our warehouse.
  • We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
